Terms & Conditions for Artwork Purchases


1. Commissioned Artwork

We shedule a zoomcall to talk trough your wishes and show me the wall and room where it should come if possible 

Custom paintings are created without obligation.

The client will review  and approve the artwork before it is shipped.

2. Pre-Purchase Viewing for Selected Artworks

For artworks chosen from my collection or created specifically for a client.

During the call, the client can inspect the painting up close to ensure satisfaction.

Payment is required after approval.

Shipping can take up to 4 weeks.



3. Payment Methods


Payments can be made via:


Bank tran



SNS Bank or

Santander

Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Shipping & Insurance

The client is responsible for purchasing insurance for the shipment. 

. Returns, Refunds 

Once a painting is approved via Zoom and shipped, returns are not accepted.

Please note that slight color variations due to screen settings are not considered a valid reason for a refund or return.

The only exception for a refund is if the artwork arrives severely damaged. In such cases:


The shipping insurance will cover the damage, and the client must file a claim with the insurer they used.


Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic video evidence. Best is to open the package during filming it.

6. Order Cancellation

If the buyer cancels the order before shipping, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of completion.

7. Final Agreement

By making a purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
